HOW TO ENROLL

Online

  • Select the “Get Started” button below to access the enrollment site
  • Enter your username (your Employee ID)
  • Enter your initial password: Your date of birth (MMDDYYYY) + last four numbers of your SSN
    Example: If you were born on May 15, 1975, and your SSN is 123456789, your password is 051519756789.
  • Click on the LOGIN button

Note that outside of the annual open enrollment period, you may only change your benefit elections if you experience a qualified major life event.

After you complete your enrollment, review your confirmation statement.

IF YOU ARE A NEW HIRE OR HAVE EXPERIENCED A MAJOR LIFE EVENT

If you are a new hire, you must complete your enrollment for 2024 within 30 days of your hire date or the date you moved to full-time status.

If you have experienced a major life event and need to change your elections, click the “Get Started” button below or contact Worthington’s People Center within 30 days of the event (60 days for Medicaid and CHIP).

Verify your dependents

Documentation is required for each dependent you enroll. For example:

  • Spouse: A marriage certificate or copy of Federal tax filing
  • Children: A birth certificate for each child you enroll

You must submit documentation within 60 days from a benefit election or major life event. Otherwise, coverage for your dependent(s) may be canceled.

How to submit documentation
  1. Upload a picture of your documents to the enrollment site using the Verify button on the Dependents screen
  2. Fax your documentation to Worthington’s People Center at 614.212.4505
  3. Email Worthington’s People Center at [email protected]
