Mail order requirement for maintenance drugs
If you take maintenance or long-term medications, you must get them through mail order. Otherwise, you’ll be charged an extra $20 per fill after your second fill at a retail pharmacy. Non-maintenance medications like antibiotics and pain medications aren’t subject to this charge.

What about specialty medications?
These are high-cost prescriptions that treat complex conditions and sometimes require special handling and administration.
Specialty medications must be filled at the Worthington Pharmacy or Lumicera, the Navitus Specialty Pharmacy.

Retail pharmacy
Get 30-day prescriptions at your local pharmacy or the Worthington Industries Pharmacy.
Mail order pharmacy
Order up to a 90-day supply of prescription drugs that will be delivered to your home. The Worthington Industries Pharmacy provides mail order in most states where our facilities are located. In California, Birdi provides mail order.
